All submission emails should be sent to four people: (1) the ASE Director (Liam Murphy), (2) the ASE Project Coordinator (Mel Ó Cinnéide), (3) your supervisor and (4) the ASE Administrator (Rosemary Deevy). All deadlines are 23:59 on the given date.

Abstract Submission: This is a plain text email (no attachment) containing your name, UCD student number, supervisor name, project title and Abstract. The Abstract is simply a short (100 to 300 words) description of what your project is about and what you achieved. This submission is not graded, but is essential in order that we can grade your project in time. If we don’t receive this email by the Abstract deadline, your project may not be included in the grading process.

Report Submission: Email a single pdf of your report. For all other artefacts, e.g., source code, data etc., please share them in a GitHub repository with your supervisor and the ASE Project Coordinator (GitHub username: meloc) Do not make your code or report public until after it has been graded, and then only with the agreement of your supervisor.

If your submission is a scholarly paper with a covering report, these can either be submitted as separate pdfs, or as a single combined pdf.

For clarity, no hardcopy submission is required. There is no regular project presentation, though this may be requested.
